Bicycle Museum Group Reservation

Please fill out this form to assist our staff in gathering information needed to complete your group reservation for the Bicycle Museum of America. Please note that your requested tour date may not be available, but a representative from our staff will be in contact within 2 business days to confirm your requested date or to make necessary changes. The contact information provided on this form is what will be used to get in touch, so please make sure that information is accurate and appropriate for this purpose. 

Group admission rates are as follows:

  • $3.00 per adult
  • $2.00 per senior, ages 60+ (or other individual who may not be able to access all three levels of the museum)
  • $1.00 per student
  • Bus drivers, tour directors, teachers, and chaperones are free of charge

Accepted payment methods are cash, credit cards, and check. Invoices/receipts may be provided upon request. Please contact us at (419) 629-9249 with any further questions.

Note: If you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled time, we cannot guarantee your guided tour. Please call ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour.

Docent-led guided tours are only available on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00PM due to staffing constraints. Please contact us at (419) 629-9249 for assistance.

We can accommodate tours between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, meaning the latest time slot you may schedule a tour is 3:00 PM.

Would you like a guided, docent-led tour or do you prefer to tour the museum on your own? (Note: the museum is set up to be self-guided with an expanse of information on each bicycle)
Will your group be requiring an invoice or receipt for this tour?
Will you be attending 17 West, the restaurant next to the Bicycle Museum of America, before or after your visit?

The museum coordinates with the restaurant to help make sure that they are properly staffed for larger groups.
